Process for online record of details by service providers

Before recording information, Service Providers must possess a valid and active email account along with a mobile number.
New Service Providers have to go to the Signup link for creating their account.

Step 1- Signup Process:

  1. Choose whether you are a broadcaster or DPO.
  2. Enter Organization and contact person’s name.
  3. Enter valid email ID (password and OTP will be sent by mail) and mobile no. (OTP will be sent via SMS).
  4. Submit the details.

Step 2- Account Activation:

  1. After successful signup, eCARE will review the submitted details of the user.
  2. In case of approval, password along with User ID will be sent via email.
  3. After account activation, login can be done.

Step 3- Login:

  1. The user can login using the user ID and password.
  2. The Home page will appear on the screen and the user can perform all the actions available in the menu.
  3. The user should change his password after the 1st login.
  4. The user can view his profile by clicking the icon on the topmost right and go to the “Profile”. Details can be edited if required.
